What Is An International Service Employee?

ISEs are experienced church members appointed by the General Conference to serve internationally in areas such as education, healthcare, administration, media, and pastoral ministry. Assignments are based on the strategic needs of divisions and institutions.

Mission Institute & Preparation

Attend Mission Institute and complete required trainings while the relocation team finalizes travel, visa, medical, and shipment arrangements.

Launch & Ongoing Care

Arrive at your assignment with a support network in place. The IPRS teams continue to assist with payroll, benefits, care, and home leave.
